While it’s still in the rumor phase, early illustrations and reports suggest that this all-new SUV could shake things up in the midsize segment, especially for EV enthusiasts.
Smaller Than the Durango, But Packed With Innovation
The Dodge Stealth is set to be slightly more compact than the current Dodge Durango, which stretches a sizable 201 inches. For comparison, that’s longer than the Kia Telluride and about the same as the Toyota Grand Highlander. With a more manageable footprint and a 5-passenger seating capacity, the Stealth could appeal to buyers who want space without going full-size.
This strategy makes sense. While the Durango is still performing well—selling over 69,000 units in 2024, its third-best year since 2005—it’s been around since 2010. The Stealth could serve as a fresh, modern option for Dodge fans who don’t need three rows.

The new Stealth SUV is expected to be built on Stellantis’ STLA Large platform, which is also underpinning the 2025 Dodge Charger.
